This is the second time we have had KT hardwood Floors add more wood and refinish our existing wood floors. Shane has been just wonderful to work with, along with the helpful office staff. Hank and Leland were excellent at installing and refinishing. They were both very helpful at answering all my questions- I was very impressed with the quality of their work. We have loved our experience with KT Hardwoods from beginning to end. They are very professional, they listen to their customers, and they work hard to meet and exceed expectations. We went from a red oak flooring to an almost white oak look. They work very hard in working on the stain and made sure we liked the results.
