Our entire experience was very positive! They started when they said they would and actually finished a little early. Scott and Hank worked on our floors and did a beautiful job!! Scott was the lead and he customized our finish color to meet just what I wanted and I absolutely love our floor. We love our hardwood floor installed 21 years ago by KT hardwoods and refinished a week ago to perfection. They are the best. They refinished the floor perfectly without damaging any of our white floorboard or getting dust throughout the rest of the house. I gave them five stars for a perfect job.
