We have loved our experience with KT Hardwoods from beginning to end. They are very professional, they listen to their customers, and they work hard to meet and exceed expectations. We went from a red oak flooring to an almost white oak look. They work very hard in working on the stain and made sure we liked the results. About 7 years ago we replaced our main floor carpet with Walnut floors from KT hardwood. Still today, the floor looks absolutely beautiful. We have not had any issues at all and absolutely love our real wood floors. We have some LVP flooring in our business office, which actually looks really nice, but you can't beat the warmth, depth, and feel of real wood floors. We were so pleased with the communication, professionalism, and service from Josh at KT that we are going to have them do more work as we are about to remodel other areas of our home. Our refinished floor is gorgeous! We had KT hardwoods also install matching hickory in our front office, bedroom and closet. Perfect match! Considering that a different company did the original flooring 5 years ago, this is amazing. You cannot tell it isn’t original. So glad we went ahead and did it. The guys who did the work were so professional and did such a great job. They really cared. So happy with the end result.
