I could not be happier about my experience with KT Hardwoods, Inc. We had a large remodel done on our 8400 square foot home in Park City over the summer and of all the contractors we hired KT was by FAR the most professional, timely, and dedicated to the end result. Our experience with was fantastic from the time we walked into the showroom to the time they packed up to leave. I even decided to install a stone entry last minute but had already purchased the wood for the project. I asked them to install the wood in the basement bathroom instead and Shane smiled and said, "I don't think that should be a problem." The office staff, project manager and installers were all extremely courteous and patient. Our heavily distressed hickory floors are gorgeous, and we get compliments on them every time someone walks into the house. I wanted some missing wood floor pieces to be repaired in an unusual fashion due to unique circumstances in my home. I contacted several flooring contractors, most of them failed to return my calls after providing me an estimate. Some were honest enough to tell me they were not willing to do the job. I’m sure you hear complaints when things may not go quite the way people would like them to when their floor is being done. Well, I just wanted to thank you and tell you what a great your installers are doing and how much I appreciate you choosing them to do our floors. They are a great team of hard workers, and so very polite and considerate. Having the floors done is a “household turned upside down’ experience, and they have made it easier. I have post-viral fatigue syndrome and have for a year now (!). Stress makes is flare up, and so this has been a bit of a challenge for me, but in all honesty, having such a nice, polite, hardworking team has really been helpful to me! So thank you! The floors look great. We are going to love it! I’ve dreamed about this for a long time! -Pam
